- Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) Plants
Our municipal waste-to-fuel solutions enable the conversion of mixed waste into valuable alternative fuel called refuse-derived fuel, reducing reliance on landfills. These systems help industries and municipalities manage waste more effectively while generating usable energy. By turning waste into a resource, we support sustainable waste management and circular economy practices.
We offer fully integrated and automated MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) to RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) products and provide single processing lines for up to 30 TPH processing and multiple lines for larger capacities. Our technology for Municipal Waste Processing has a five-stage process:
- Segregation (Manual & Mechanized).
- Primary Shedding.
- Air Density Separation & Drying.
- Secondary Shedding.
- Pelletising.
Key Features:
- Processes mixed waste into usable fuel.
- Reduces environmental impact and waste accumulation.
- Produces fuel suitable for industrial use.
- Supports circular economy initiatives.
