We are a leading manufacturer of biomass densification machines and accessories. All our machines are well built and well engineered. We have in-house design team of experts as well as in-house fabrication. Designing and Fabrication is based out of India. Marketing offices are based in India and USA. We currently cater to wide geographical market from USA, Europe, Africa and Asia.

There are two main pre-processes to densification: size reduction and drying. We manufacture Hammer Mill also referred to as Grinder for size reduction. We have various Hammer Mill models reducing size of raw material down to 3mm.

The drying is carried out by Flash Dryers, also referred to as Turbo Dryers. We have developed innovative flash drying technology to dry raw material up to 60% moisture content.

The densification is carried out by a briquetting process through briquette press or pelletizing process through pellet mill. Here are the main differences between Pellet Press and Briquette Press.

Briquetting is more efficient for low moisture, less fibrous biomass and pelletizing is more suited for high moisture, more fibrous material.
